PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Sharptown Board of Zoning Appeals will hear the following request:
The public hearing is for a variance at 502 Taylor Street for a side yard setback that does not meet the setback requirement by 1 feet. The Sharptown Zoning Ordinance #19 states, “side yards abutting upon the street shall not be less than twenty-five (25) feet in width.”

Tuesday November 14, 2023
7:00 p.m.
Town Hall, 401 Main Street, Sharptown, MD.
