Commissioners of Sharptown

Town Hall will be closed on Monday, January 20th for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The Commissioners meeting scheduled for that night will take place on Tuesday, January 21st at 7:30 p.m.

Attention Chesapeake Waste customers: Due to inclement weather, Our trucks will not be running tomorrow, Tuesday January 7, 2025. We will take your extra trash on your next pick up day. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Please be safe and stay warm!

Due to the impending snow storm, Town Hall will be closed on Monday, January 6th. The Commissioners Meeting will be postponed until Tuesday, January 7th, 7:30 pm.

When snow is expected, please remove your vehicle from the street to avoid any disruptions to snow removal efforts. Monitor weather forecasts and stay updated on weather conditions in case of a weather emergency declaration.

Town Hall will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

Town Hall will be closed beginning December 25, 2024 and will reopen again on Monday, December 30, 2024 in observance of Christmas.

Town Hall will be closed November 28th & November 29th in observance of Thanksgiving.
